Welcome to The American Family Cookbook. These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of the digital cookbook PDF and any related materials (collectively, the “Product”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. License
When you purchase the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the PDF for your own household cooking. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share on public platforms, or otherwise commercialize the cookbook or any part of it without written permission.
2. Purchases & Payments
All orders are processed by our payment partner, Digistore24. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Access to the download is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation.
3. Intellectual Property
The cookbook, recipes, photographs, layout, and branding are owned by The American Moms Kitchen Club and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants you a license; it does not transfer ownership of any content.
4. Use of Recipes
Recipes are provided for informational and culinary inspiration. You are responsible for verifying ingredients for allergies, dietary restrictions, and safe food handling. We are not liable for any adverse reaction, injury, or loss resulting from the preparation or consumption of any recipe.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The American Moms Kitchen Club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Product.
